Lego 2023 Sets List – The LEGO Ideas pipeline is filling up fast with 4 LEGO Ideas records received yesterday – the largest ever.

4 projects means there are currently 11 different LEGO additions in various stages of development, and now we have a clear overview of what to expect from the LEGO Ideas theme in 2022.

The 25 Best Adult Lego Sets To Buy In 2023

Looking ahead, here are the following LEGO Ideas sets to be released in 2023 and beyond. I’ve put together a full list of LEGO Ideas submissions being accepted – click on these links to jump to specific categories!

Announced at the end of February, the A-Frame CabinbyNorton74 is a beautiful original cabin, featuring a unique A-frame design and beautiful trees blooming in autumn colors.

It’s weird and wonderful, and I think it would look great next to the Lego Tree House and provide interesting and unique features.

Lego Winter Village Sets

It’s difficult for me, as I expect the first half of 2023, but it could be anywhere from April to May. Or it could change things with BTS and be the first out of the gate in 2023, but I don’t expect a big expensive set to be the first LEGO Idea set in 2023. Let’s wait and see!

The most surprising thing about the second result of the 2021 review is the confirmation of BTS “Dynamite” by JBBrickFanatic to get the green light.

BTS is an absolute powerhouse of KPOP, and has a huge following (read this post for my thoughts on the set and why I think it will do well).

List Of Upcoming 2023 Lego Sets

At first I thought that BTS would release a new album, but since then, it has been announced that due to the mandatory requirement of military service in South Korea, BTS members will start serving the required 2 years and they will fulfill it only correctly. 2025.

That said, January 2023 makes sense to me because it’s around the Grammys, so here’s my prediction.

Homage to Galileo Galilei is the next Priced LEGO Ideas Prize (GWP), and was voted for in June 2022 as part of the Ready, Set, Go poll.

Minecraft Toys And Gifts

LEGO usually likes to launch the LEGO Ideas GWP in May and June, and it makes sense to launch the expected GWP in May before the June window to encourage people to spend.

Hocus Pocus – The Sanderson Sisters’ Little House by fan-maker The Ambrinator surprised (and delighted) many when it was released in July 2022, and if done right has all the makings of a bedtime song.

The fan model has a lot of miniatures and details from the Sanderson Sisters’ little house, which should make for a nice model, as long as they keep the price affordable, but I expect it to be. Same (if not a little smaller. ) than Home alone.

Due to the renewed interest in Hocus Pocus due to the new Disney+ release, LEGO unfortunately missed the time to tie in with the release of Hocus Pocus 2, but I can see them marking the October 2023 release for Halloween. . .

Viking Village’s Bifan Brickhammer got a second life when he won the LEGO Ideas x Target fan vote in August 2022 and will be a big draw in the set, especially for fans who have been demanding more of the LEGO Vikings. 31132 followed by Viking Ship and Midgard Serpent.

I hope Viking City arrives in the second half of 2023, and I expect it will be a very interesting set, but nothing too big and high.

Announced along with 3 other LEGO Ideas additions, LEGO Insectsbyhachiroku24 sees the return of brick-built creatures, something not seen in the LEGO Ideas line since 2015’s Birds and Bugs in LEGO’s quirky and clever collection.

These designs are just beautiful, and I can’t wait to see what Lego does to elevate and enhance the designs.

Also part of a large group of 4 LEGO Ideas available in the results window, we have The Orient Express, the famous LEt.sGO train, the first LEGO train that is part of the LEGO Ideas theme.

It’s actually an authorized product, and a big part of the time this set was greenlit is because the Orient Express is celebrating its 140th anniversary in 2023.

I think LEGO will continue this and produce a proper (expensive) train, and I think they’re keen to get things right after being picked on by fans of the LEGO train due to its incompatibility with the Hogwarts Express tracks.

Space Stories Agebyjohn_carter was also part of 4 never before seen results. This is the epitome of simplicity and one of the best designs I have ever seen.

I am very happy that it started and with how good the fan design is, I think LEGO can speed up and increase production on it and I think we will see it in June 2023 or even sooner.

The Polaroid brand has enjoyed a renaissance in the past few years, as analog and all things “retro” have taken off, and it has a wider and more mainstream appeal than just Lego enthusiasts or photographers. Photo

It looks like it was designed for the Q4 holiday season, and I expect it to be affordable, and offer a fun design, feature experience.

A few weeks ago, LEGO Ideas announced that it was partnering with Hasbro’s Dungeons & Dragons to celebrate 50 years of D&D, a surprise for fans of the tabletop game and for those of us who like to dream of variety.

It is still in its early stages and fans and designers can submit their ideas to the LEGO D&D Challenge and LEGO Ideas before November 14, 2022.

Dungeons and Dragons celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2024, so we’ll have to wait until then to see what LEGO does with the D&D license!

Personally, I’m looking forward to Christmas, Lego Mushroom House, Traditional Japanese Village, Armada Harbor and of course Night Before Blue!

2023 will be a very exciting year for LEGO Ideas in many ways. At the moment, it seems to be lighter on licensed IP (intellectual property) than we often expect, although sets like Polaroid, Orient Express and BTS are technically based on IP.

I’m glad we’re seeing LEGO return to manageable sizes and prices, making the theme accessible to many.

Lego® Friends January 2023: New Blocks On The Kids

Let’s start with LEGO Art. So far we know which set will be released in early 2023. However, we can expect more LEGO Art sets to be released throughout the year.

The new LEGO Avatar theme will also continue this year. As things stand now, there will be at least one wave of sets that will likely be based on the new Avatar: The Way of Water movie.

BrickHeadz collectors can also look forward to other accessories. There will be several for Star Wars, Disney, Minecraft and, for the first time, Lord of the Rings.
