The Governor is also pleased to announce that the offices under the Government of West Bengal, except the Office of the Insurance Registrar, Kolkata and the Kolkata Stamp Revenue, will be closed on the dates specified in Schedule II below. which has not been declared a public holiday, during the year 2023.
